Another alternative would be for Lucy to shoot the acrobatic action scenes in advance against the day when she's too big to do them herself. 'I think I'd actually prefer the latter solution. Lucy told guests how she and Rob first got together - even though he'd vowed never to date an actress. "I was hurt doing a stunt, and Rob rushed out from behind the camera to help me up," says Lucy. "I could see the concern in his eyes. Bruised, I went home early and later that day, he sent me red roses and asked me out the following Saturday night for dinner. Basically, we've never been apart since."

The controversy about Xena and the 'Miss Amphipolis' kiss!Geoff Gann, the male Miss A, says Lucy ignored the opinion she was wrong to kiss an AIDS sufferer. He says the kiss was at her insistence, to prove that people with the disease deserve to be treated like everyone else. "The whole scandal that Lucy Lawless kissed someone with AIDS just made people want to watch," he says. "It was just supposed to be one of those beauty-pageant kisses on the cheek, but Lucy suggested I should grab her, dip her and give her a really passionate kiss," he laughs.
